Job Description:-

We are looking for a passionate Technical Trainer(Electrical & Electronics) to deliver high-quality classroom and practical training to students. The trainer will be based in Delhi and should be comfortable communicating in English/Hindi along with at least one South Indian language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam). The role involves effective knowledge transfer, student engagement, and maintaining training standards as per prescribed curriculum guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Deliver theory and practical sessions in Electrical & Electronics subjects.

2. Deliver training in English / Hindi and at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam preferred)

3. Prepare lesson plans, training material, and lab activities

4. Conduct assessments, tests, and practical evaluations

5. Ensure proper use and maintenance of lab equipment

6. Maintain attendance, progress reports, and academic records

7. Support students in skill development and employ-ability readiness

8. Co-ordinate with academic and administration teams.

Eligibility & Requirements:-

1. Diploma/ Graduate / Post Graduate / Electronics / Electrical

2. 0 to 5 years of teaching, training, or industry experience.

3. Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome.

4. Must know at least one South Indian language.

5. Good communication and classroom management skills.

6. Willingness to work full-time.
