Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Summary :We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and compliance for our staffing operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll coordination, vendor management, and MIS reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. Prepare and manage invoices, billing, and follow-ups with clients. Coordinate payroll processing for staffing employees across locations. Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements. Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements. Work closely with HR and Operations to align accounting with staffing activities. Support audits, documentation, and internal financial controls. Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and payment cycles. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting (experience in staffing industry preferred). Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software. Understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and compliance. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
