Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Employee Data Management: Maintain, update, and manage employee records, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and personnel files. Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, background checks, and preparing offer letters. Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientations, and exit procedures. Payroll & Benefits: Gather data for payroll, assist with benefits enrollment, and handle related queries. Policy & Compliance: Help implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance. Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, leave, and general HR matters. Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover, attendance, and performance. Administrative Tasks: Manage HR calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare internal documents, and support other departments.
