Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Managing account specific activities such as requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offer and onboarding.

Supporting virtual and/or F2F Assessment Centres if required candidate and HM communication prior to the event, scheduling activities, event facilitation or co-facilitation support.

Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.

Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pre-employment screening vendor) and other account stakeholders.

Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.

Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.

Skills and Experience:

Previous professional experience in a related campus-related position or in administration.

Attention to detail, excellent, problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Ability to work effectively both in a team and individually.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.

Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems Recruitment Coordination.
