Our role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders. As a Recruitment Coordinator,you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process.You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. Key Responsibilities Manage account-specific administrative tasks such as CV capturing, requisition tracking, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist completion, ATS updates, and pre-employment screening coordination. Take ownership of various ad-hoc recruitment administration activities to support the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently. Collaborate on and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports accurately within specified deadlines. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., background check vendors), and other key account partners. Keep all stakeholders continuously informed on process updates, timelines, and candidate statuses. Handle day-to-day operational queries related to recruitment coordination, resolving them in a timely and professional manner or escalating when necessary. Support and contribute to process improvements within the team by actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in campus hiring coordination, including engagement with colleges, scheduling drives, managing bulk hiring timelines, and maintaining candidate experience. Prior exposure to working in a fast-paced recruitment delivery environment or shared services model. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing individual responsibilities independently.

Familiarity with candidate experience metrics (e.g., Net Promoter Score). Multilingual capabilities (if relevant to your candidate base). Preferred candidate profile
