Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process. Maintain timely and clear communication with candidates from application through onboarding. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups. Create and send engaging, personalized communications to candidates. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide updates and candidate insights. Support employer branding initiatives via social media and candidate touchpoints. Gather and analyze candidate feedback to identify areas of improvement. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist in the creation of candidate engagement campaigns and content. Represent the company at recruiting events and career fairs, when applicable. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). A passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with employer branding and social media outreach. Familiarity with candidate experience metrics (e.g., Net Promoter Score). Multilingual capabilities (if relevant to your candidate base). Preferred candidate profile
