Job Description

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, your role involves supervising daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services. You will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assigning tasks and creating work schedules for housekeeping staff - Training and onboarding new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols - Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and placing orders when supplies are running low - Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring timely resolution - Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, coaching, and implementing disciplinary actions - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards - Handling guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and effectively - Assisting in budgeting, planning, and cost control activities This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work.,
