Hospital Floor Coordinator

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities on the hospital floor, ensuring optimal patient care and workflow efficiency. Act as the liaison between nursing staff, doctors, housekeeping, and administrative teams. Monitor patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure timely bed allocation and proper documentation. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and infection control protocols. Handle patient and family queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction. Support nursing staff with resource allocation, shift planning, and duty assignments. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and supply departments to maintain floor readiness and cleanliness. Maintain records related to patient movement, staffing, incidents, and service quality on the floor. Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Report any irregularities or critical incidents to hospital administration promptly. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
