1. Supervise daily housekeeping operations across the facility.
2.Allocate duties and monitor performance of housekeeping staff.
3.Maintain housekeeping supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
4. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services.
5.Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met.
6. Train new staff in cleaning procedures, safety practices, and proper use of equipment.
7. Address guest/employee complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly.
8. Report maintenance issues to the maintenance team for timely resolution.
9. Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports for management review.
10. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
