Role & responsibilities IT Strategy, Roadmap & Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with ERP, enterprise apps, infrastructure, and security needs of the organization. Transformed business processes through ERP integration and digitalization , delivering seamless alignment between operations and enterprise systems. IT budgeting and governance processes, including hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and policy development. Partnered with executive leadership to prioritize strategic IT projects that enhance operational efficiency and business value. Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0 Spearheaded digital transformation projects involving smart factory initiatives, automation, and Power Platform technologies Built an analytics practice from the ground up using ERP data, delivering forecasting and visualization models that optimized business decision-making. Ensured up-to-date business continuity and disaster recovery strategies were in place, including technology refresh to reduce maintenance costs and improve visibility. IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management Manage and maintain robust IT infrastructure including: Servers Networking equipment End-user CCTV, biometric attendance systems Ensure high availability of IT assets and smooth operations across multiple plant locations. SAP & Enterprise Applications Oversee the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP ERP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) across all modules: MM, PP, SD, FI/CO Ensure tight integration of SAP with manufacturing execution systems (MES),warehouse management systems (WMS), and quality systems. Lead upgrades, rollouts, and SAP optimization projects across plants and locations. Monitor performance of SAP landscape and manage vendor support for enhancements and troubleshooting. Software Ecosystem Management CAD,SCADA, PLC systems, Solid works, SAP, Sales Force Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams Cybersecurity tools (firewall, antivirus, threat detection) Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk Management Implement enterprise-grade cybersecurity protocols and monitor vulnerabilities and incidents. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data privacy regulations and relevant industry standards Conduct regular IT audits, penetration tests, and disaster recovery drills. Team & Vendor Management Lead, mentor, and grow a competent IT team across locations. Manage relationships with hardware vendors, SAP service providers, software developers, and third-party consultants. Plan and manage the IT budget effectively, ensuring cost optimization and ROI on technology investments.
