Job Description

Role & responsibilities Analyzing architectural drawings to calculate material quantities and create budgets. Preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and advising on contractor selection. Managing contracts, expenses, and material sourcing. Comparing actual costs against budgeted costs and implementing cost-saving measures. Preparing detailed lists of materials and their quantities for tendering. Overseeing and valuing subcontractors' work for payments. Creating accurate and detailed drawings based on specifications and project requirements. Providing accurate drawings that support quantity take-offs and material calculations. Working closely with architects, engineers, and QS to ensure accurate drawings. Helping identify potential cost overruns and discrepancies through accurate drawings.
