Job Description

Role & responsibilities On-Site Mechanical Service: Perform hands-on mechanical service, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites or designated service facilities, ensuring equipment operates at optimal performance levels. Troubleshooting & Corrective Actions: Diagnose mechanical and operational issues, identify root causes, and execute corrective measures in a timely and efficient manner. Technical Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed field service reports outlining issues identified, actions taken, parts used, and technical recommendations for internal teams and customers. Field Inspections & Compliance: Conduct field inspections in accordance with global service procedures and safety standards. Escalate complex issues to Technical Support and Engineering teams when necessary. Service Documentation: Review, complete, and submit accurate service and inspection reports promptly as required by company and client protocols. Escalation & Service Delivery: Monitor service deliverables and escalate delays or issues to relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution. Parts Management: Identify and order required spare parts to complete service activities efficiently, ensuring minimal equipment downtime. Preventive Maintenance & Audits: Conduct regular preventive maintenance visits and service audits on a monthly or quarterly basis to maintain equipment reliability and client trust. Continuous Improvement & Technical Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest industry practices, technical developments, and product innovations. Recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and equipment performance. Preferred candidate profile Diploma/B.E - Mechanical / Electrical. minimum 4+ Years Proven experience in service and maintaining crushing plant equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Effective communication skills for client interaction and report writing. Willingness to travel frequently and work in challenging environments.
