- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all rooms and common areas meet our cleanliness standards - Ensure that all rooms are cared for and inspected according to established standards - Protect and maintain equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies - Notify management of any damages, deficits, and disturbances - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience - Adhere to strict health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of hygiene - Restock and organize supplies in cleaning closets and carts - Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure timely availability of clean linens

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role or setting is preferred but not mandatory - High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively - Good physical stamina and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job - Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies and their safe usage
