Role & responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas as per standards. Ensure timely room readiness, especially during check-ins and high occupancy. Replace linens, restock amenities, and maintain proper room setup. Handle laundry: washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Follow hygiene, sanitization, and safety protocols. Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items immediately. Maintain housekeeping inventory and request supplies as needed. Follow Lost & Found procedures accurately. Assist guests politely when required and uphold service standards. Ensure cleanliness of housekeeping storage rooms and equipment. Preferred candidate profile 0-3 years in housekeeping, preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality. Strong attention to detail, good cleaning standards, knowledge of chemicals, and ability to follow SOPs. Polite, reliable, disciplined, and guest-oriented. Punctual, hardworking, and able to manage tasks independently. Able to lift, stand for long hours, and handle physical tasks. Basic communication skills in English/Hindi for guest interaction. Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends, and peak-season workload. Experience with laundry operations or inventory management.
