Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding role.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an asset.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply, as training will be provided to help them grow in their roles.
