Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.
