Job Description We are seeking a responsible and experienced **Supervisor** to lead operations at our Jangaon branch. This role is crucial in maintaining our high service standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and building a culture of professionalism across the team. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the team to ensure efficient daily operations. * Report on-site by 4:30 AM, organize staffing and assign daily tasks before the 5:00 AM opening. * Review daily reports including sales, inventory, and staff performance. * Ensure excellent customer service and act as the communication bridge between customers and staff. * Handle cashier duties when required, managing cash receipts and daily transactions. * Monitor grocery stock and raw materials to avoid shortages or wastage. * Oversee staff attendance, discipline, and coordination. * Support staff in operational tasks and provide on-the-job training. * Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in both kitchen and dining areas. Required Skills & Experience * 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment. * Prior experience in South Indian breakfast hotels/outlets preferred. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams. * Good communication skills for staff and customer interaction. * Basic knowledge of cash handling and simple accounting. * Highly punctual, disciplined, and committed to early morning working hours. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
