Hotel Supervisor

As a Hotel Supervisor at Staffex Solutions, you will be responsible for contributing to the creation and implementation of strategies that align with the hotel's objectives, particularly focusing on the front desk and concierge services. Your main duties will revolve around overseeing the front desk and related areas during designated shifts to ensure a seamless and positive experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising the front office, concierge, and door areas to establish a welcoming and favorable first impression. - Maintaining a visible presence in public spaces throughout operating hours to attend to guest needs. - Generating and analyzing reports to facilitate future business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. - Ensuring adherence to hotel policies concerning cash handling and billing procedures at the front desk. - Promptly addressing visitor concerns to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction during their stay. - Developing and implementing shift protocols to promote effective communication and smooth handovers between staff members. Qualifications Required: - Preferably, a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Hotel Supervisor. - Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in supervisory positions.
