Job Description

As a Supervisor at Hotel Asha, your primary responsibility will be overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards across all departments. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to managing staff, resolving guest concerns, and upholding the hotel's standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations including smooth check-ins/outs, handling guest complaints, inspecting rooms/public areas, and maintaining cleanliness to enhance the guest experience. - Assist in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and vendor coordination for effective administrative duties. - Enforce SOPs, security protocols, and manage emergency situations to ensure compliance and safety. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred. - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
