Hotel Supervisor

As a Supervisor at Hotel Asha, your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards across all departments. Your role will require strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to managing staff, resolving guest concerns, and upholding the hotel's standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth check-ins/outs and handling guest complaints. - Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards. - Assist in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and vendor coordination. - Enforce SOPs, security protocols, and manage emergency situations effectively. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
