As a Sales Manager based in Vile Parle - Mumbai, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and fulfilling all related objectives set by the Management. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans approved by the Director of Sales, while nurturing strong client relationships within your assigned region or segment. You will need to actively engage with clients to identify and comprehend their needs through various modes of communication such as calls, meetings, and visits. Your aim will be to convert leads effectively into confirmed business by preparing customized quotations, creating contracts, and ensuring timely follow-ups for efficient deal closures. In addition to client interactions, you will be required to conduct hotel site inspections for potential clients, manage reservations for guest rooms, banquets, and event spaces. It will be essential to collaborate closely with internal departments, sharing work orders and ensuring smooth execution of client requirements. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records will also be a crucial aspect of your role. You will need to provide valuable feedback and insights to the hotel management team, propose alternative properties within the hotel group when appropriate, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by offering market and competitor insights. Staying informed about competitor offerings, market trends, and promotions will be vital. You will be expected to relay important information to senior leadership, guide and motivate the sales team towards achieving collective performance goals, and ensure effective collaboration with operations and banquet departments. Furthermore, you will play a key role in developing marketing strategies, participating in budgeting processes, and executing promotional initiatives to boost visibility and revenue. Your responsibilities will also include planning and organizing client engagement activities, team-building events, and analyzing source markets to identify new business opportunities. As part of the role, you may be assigned additional duties or special tasks as directed. Your flexibility and commitment to adapting to evolving business needs will be essential in successfully fulfilling these responsibilities.,
