Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels. Present, promote, and sell hotel rooms, packages, corporate packages, student outings, FITs to potential customers effectively. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. Prepare engaging presentations and brochures to highlight product benefits. Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups. It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience in hotel sales. A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Research and identify potential clients in the corporate sector interested in hosting MICE events Engage with clients, understand their event requirements, and propose tailored solutions Cold call, network, and attend industry events to generate leads and establish relationships Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for MICE services Set and meet sales targets and revenue goals outlined by the organization Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for individual properties and the brand. Identify and build relationships with potential corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, wedding planners, and OTA partners. Drive FIT, group, and event business through proactive sales efforts and creative collaborations. Negotiate rates, contracts, and packages with key partners to ensure profitability and brand positioning. Revenue Management as part of the responsibility Revenue & Market Management Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the revenue and marketing teams to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM databases. Client Relationship Management Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and property visits to strengthen relationships. Handle client queries, site inspections, and follow-ups with a strong focus on conversion and guest satisfaction. Represent Chirping Hills Resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Support the digital marketing team with insights for campaigns, offers, and content that drive conversions.
