Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing all club operations, ensuring high member satisfaction, financial performance, and smooth coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage all department heads under him. Set operational standards and service goals. Handle reports, Club Target responsibility, and Business planning. Staff Briefing Club Reporting (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly as req.) Address escalated member issues and complaints. Develop marketing and membership strategies. Overall Business Growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):· Revenue growth across all club departments. Monthly sales targets. Client satisfaction score. Membership and customer acquisition rate. Event execution efficiency and complaint resolution time.
