Job Description:

Shri Subham Residency is seeking a dedicated and result-driven Hotel Manager to lead our property’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of managing the hotel, increasing occupancy, driving revenue, handling guest satisfaction, and managing the entire hotel team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase customer footfall through promotions, online marketing, and local partnerships
• Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) and improve online presence & reviews
• Supervise front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff
• Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly
• Monitor room occupancy, pricing strategies, and P&L performance
• Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and compliance
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
• Develop local tie-ups with travel agents, events, or corporate bookings

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hotel management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
• Knowledge of OTA platforms, hospitality marketing, and customer service
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and drive results
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (PMS systems, Excel, etc.)
• Fluent in English and local language
• Should be proactive, trustworthy, and accountable
