Hotel Manager

The Resort Manager oversees the complete operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and hands-on management to maintain high service standards and efficient performance across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage all resort operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, recreation and guest services Ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure Supervise staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation Monitor budgets, revenues, operating costs and inventory control Maintain property standards, cleanliness, hygiene and safety compliance Coordinate events, activities and special services for guests Handle guest feedback, complaints, and implement improvement plans Work with marketing/sales team to promote resort occupancy and reputation Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management Problem solving and decision-making abilities Customer service mindset Knowledge of hospitality operations and property management systems Ability to work under pressure and handle crises professionally Objective of the Role: To uphold resort standards, deliver memorable guest experiences, increase guest satisfaction and manage the resort efficiently and financially successfully.
