Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager located in Hyderabad. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage financial budgets. Responsibilities include supervising the front desk, coordinating food and beverage services, handling guest inquiries, and managing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue. Additional duties involve staff management, training, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience in Budgeting and managing financial operations
Proficiency in Sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Knowledge of Food & Beverage management and coordination
Experience with Receptionist Duties and front desk operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in hotel management or a related role is an advantage
