Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Relevant Hotel Experience

Job Summary:

Aruna Inn, located in Tambaram, is looking for a skilled and responsible Hotel Manager to oversee and manage daily hotel operations. The ideal candidate will ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff efficiently, and maintain a high standard of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any customer issues
• Monitor room availability and oversee reservations and bookings
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across the property
• Manage staff schedules and provide necessary training
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies and inventory management
• Maintain daily records of income, expenses, and other operational reports
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for better service and occupancy

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel operations or prior managerial role in a hospitality setting
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to stay onsite at the hotel (accommodation provided)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Stay-in Accommodation: Provided on hotel premises
