Job Description

Position Summary: The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for creating a welcoming, friendly, and positive experience for all club members and guests. This role focuses on member engagement, handling special requests, resolving complaints, and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Guest Engagement & Hospitality · Warmly welcome and escort members and guests upon arrival. · Establish genuine, personal connections with members to encourage retention and referrals. · Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service. 🔹 Handling Queries & Complaints · Act as the primary point of contact for member and guest concerns. · Handle inquiries, service requests, and feedback with professionalism. · Resolve complaints efficiently or escalate to the Business head when required. 🔹 Member Experience Enhancement · Coordinate personalized services like special seating arrangements, birthday or anniversary gestures, and exclusive offers. · Regularly follow up with members to assess satisfaction and encourage return visits. · Conduct feedback surveys and analyze guest experiences. 🔹 Coordination & Communication · Work closely with the front desk, F&B, gym, banquet, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest service. · Ensure all departments are aware of special guest needs and VIP arrivals. 🔹 Record Keeping & Reporting · Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, complaints, and feedback. · Submit daily guest feedback reports and maintain a log of interactions. Key Skills: · Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. · Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. · High emotional intelligence and a service-oriented attitude. · Professional appearance and demeanor. · Ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
