Position Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership sales, event bookings, and promoting club services such as the gym, restaurant, banquet hall, and activities. The role focuses on customer acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management to help the club achieve its revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: · Actively promote and sell club memberships, banquet packages, gym subscriptions, and restaurant/event offerings. · Generate leads through cold calling, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and networking. · Conduct site visits and club tours for prospective members and clients. · Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and membership plans. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback. · Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events. · Regularly update sales reports and participate in performance review meetings. · Handle customer queries and assist in resolving any service-related issues. Key Skills: · Strong selling and negotiation skills. · Excellent communication and presentation abilities. · Customer-focused approach with relationship-building capability. · Target-driven and self-motivated. · Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
