Job Summary: The Fitness Trainer is responsible for creating personalized workout plans, guiding members in proper exercise techniques, ensuring gym safety, and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct fitness assessments and develop customized workout programs. Guide members on proper equipment use and exercise form to prevent injuries. Provide one-on-one and group training sessions as needed. Motivate and support clients to achieve fitness and health goals. Regularly monitor member progress and adjust training plans accordingly. Maintain gym cleanliness and equipment safety during working hours. Educate members about fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits. Provide first aid in case of emergencies.
