Position Title: Software Sales Executive

Location: Multiple Locations (Travel Required, Head Office in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India)

Compensation: Competitive salary, inclusive of commission and travel allowances

Position Overview:

Teceads Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Executive to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting various client locations, engaging with potential and existing customers, and meticulously gathering software requirements to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake frequent travel to diverse locations to engage with prospective clients and maintain relationships with current customers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate appropriate software solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive and professional sales presentations.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and secure contractual commitments.
  • Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, software products, and competitive offerings.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in software sales or a comparable field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
  • In-depth knowledge of software solutions and technology.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate
  • MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in B2B/Government sales preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
