Overview of the Role:

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be the bridge between our clients and our expert mentorship team. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with students and parents, Understand their needs and ensure they receive the best guidance on their medical journey.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and providing a seamless experience for our clients.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (Experience in education consulting or medical counselling is a plus.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in client relations, student counselling, or a similar role. Freshers with a passion for customer service are also welcome.
