Job Title: Hotel Manager (Morning & Night Shift) – Hotel Sai Inn, Amritsar

Location: Hotel Sai Inn, Near Railway Station, Amritsar, Punjab

Job Type: Full-time (2 Positions – Morning Shift & Night Shift)

About Us:

Hotel Sai Inn is a newly renovated, well-established hotel located in the heart of Amritsar near the railway station. With over 7 years of trusted hospitality experience, we pride ourselves on offering our guests a comfortable and memorable stay.

We are now hiring two experienced and responsible Managers to oversee hotel operations – one for the Morning Shift and one for the Night Shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hotel operations and staff during assigned shift
• Ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly
• Monitor room occupancy, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Manage bookings, payments, and billing records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain security and safety protocols, especially during the night shift
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (for check-ins, billing, etc.)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
• Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi and English required
