Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hotels and restaurants, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve high performance standards.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize hotel profitability.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technologies.
