Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager, located in Mount Abu. The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining company standards. Responsibilities also include budgeting, coordinating food and beverage services, and implementing business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. The Hotel General Manager will lead staff meetings, address guest concerns, and ensure that the hotel meets health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in General Management and Business Management
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Food & Beverage Management
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the hotel industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
