Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in Bhavnagar. The Hotel General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing hotel staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, developing and adhering to budgets, overseeing food and beverage operations, and implementing business management strategies to achieve organizational goals. The role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and ensuring the hotel operates efficiently while meeting guest satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

Strong skills in General Management and Business Management, with the ability to oversee diverse operations and teams.
Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure high-quality guest experiences and handle client needs effectively.
Experience with Budgeting to manage financial performance and allocate resources efficiently.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and the ability to ensure quality and service standards are met or exceeded.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and manage time effectively.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
