Hotel General Manager

As a hotel manager, your primary role will involve staff management, guest experience, hotel operations, financial management, marketing and sales, health and safety compliance, events and conferences oversight, and maintenance supervision. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, training, and supervising staff - Developing work schedules and assigning tasks - Providing feedback to ensure high performance - Ensuring guests have a positive experience - Addressing complaints and responding to queries promptly - Overseeing various departments like housekeeping, front desk, F&B, and maintenance - Managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and controlling expenditure - Promoting the business and developing sales strategies - Analyzing sales figures to drive business growth - Ensuring the hotel meets health and safety standards - Implementing safety protocols and training staff on emergency procedures - Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and statutory regulations - Overseeing events and conferences to ensure smooth operations - Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings to maintain quality standards In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to have a Master's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 7 years specifically in hotel management. The work location will be in person, and the ability to commute or relocate to Surat, Gujarat, is preferred.
