Company Description Khem Hotels is operating, Khem Villas, Fateh's Retreat, Fateh's Cafe in Sawai Madhopur and Wordsworth Lodge in Mt Abu. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi 1 specializing in Indian and Tandoor cuisine. The role is based in Sawai Madhopur. The responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of Indian and Tandoor dishes, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing to menu development. The Commi 1 will also assist with inventory management, and ensure that all dishes meet the quality standards set by the head chef. Qualifications Food Preparation and Cooking skills, particularly in Indian and Tandoor cuisine Strong understanding and practice of Hygiene standards Excellent Culinary Skills Good Communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Relevant culinary certifications or training are a plus Experience in a similar role is desirable
