Khem Hotels is operating, Khem Villas, Fateh's Retreat, Fateh's Cafe in Sawai Madhopur and Wordsworth Lodge in Mt Abu.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi 1 specializing in Indian and Tandoor cuisine. The role is based in Sawai Madhopur. The responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of Indian and Tandoor dishes, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing to menu development. The Commi 1 will also assist with inventory management, and ensure that all dishes meet the quality standards set by the head chef.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills, particularly in Indian and Tandoor cuisine
• Strong understanding and practice of Hygiene standards
• Excellent Culinary Skills
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Relevant culinary certifications or training are a plus
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
