Hostel Manager

Role Overview: - You will oversee all hostel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage. - Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality for a seamless check-in and check-out experience. - Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and address any guest complaints promptly. - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions. - Schedule shifts, manage workloads, and conduct performance evaluations to motivate employees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage hostel budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue. - Set room rates, monitor occupancy levels, and implement pricing strategies. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. - Implement security measures to protect guests, staff, and hotel property. - Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.
