Hostel Manager

You will be responsible for managing the hostel at XYLEM LEARNING located at the Head Office in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of the hostel - Managing the hostel staff and overseeing their performance - Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents - Maintaining records and reports related to hostel activities To qualify for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. The ideal candidate should be between the ages of 25 to 40 with 0-2 years of experience in hostel management or a related field. Please note that the salary range for this position is 30000.
