We are a fast-growing startup in the hostel and co-living sector, currently managing 2,500 beds and on track to expand to 4,000 beds by December 2025. Our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable, and community-driven living experience for students and working professionals through high-quality hospitality, efficient operations, and personalized service.

To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Hostel Manager to oversee day-to-day hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning across properties.

Role Overview

The Hostel Manager will be responsible for end-to-end hostel management, including resident services, staff supervision, operations coordination, compliance, and financial oversight. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hostel operations including housekeeping, catering, facility management, and resident services.
• Supervise and guide wardens, housekeeping staff, catering assistants, and facility executives.
• Ensure safety, security, and discipline within the hostel premises.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service across all areas.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents and address concerns or complaints professionally.
• Monitor occupancy, resident satisfaction, and service quality.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and present updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in hospitality, hostel, hotel, or co-living management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of hostel/hotel operations including housekeeping, catering, and facility management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Flexibility to manage multiple properties across Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
