Job Description

Assist the Hostel Manager in day-to-day operations of the hostel.
Supervise hostel staff (wardens, housekeeping, security) to ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor student discipline, welfare, and adherence to hostel rules.
Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of hostel premises.
Handle student queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain records related to occupancy, fees, and hostel facilities.
Support in organizing hostel activities and fostering a positive living environment
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate degree (preferably in management, hospitality, or related field).
Prior experience in hostel/ accommodation management is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage conflicts and maintain discipline.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
