Job Description

The Sales Head at The Medicity will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to promote the centre’s training programs, courses, and certifications.

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Organize sales training sessions to enhance team productivity.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-ups to maximize retention and referrals.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for senior management.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
