Role Overview
The
Hospital Solutions Officer
will play a critical role in
designing, auditing, and deploying hospital-focused solutions
that combine
operational efficiency, IT systems, and AI-driven insights
. This is not just a consulting role but a
hands-on execution position
where you will identify operational gaps, co-develop solutions with our tech and product teams, and ensure hospitals can adopt and scale them effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end hospital operations audits across OPD, IPD, emergency, pharmacy, labs, billing, and discharge workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies in patient flow, registration, pharmacy, stockrooms, infection control, and equipment downtime, and propose implementable solutions.
- Work with product and tech teams to translate operational gaps into product features and modules.
- Support hospitals in process automation, digitization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and staff to ensure smooth adoption and measurable impact of solutions.
- Build frameworks for regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
- Assist in creating case studies and pilot reports that demonstrate the success of implemented solutions.
