Role Overview

Hospital Solutions Officer

designing, auditing, and deploying hospital-focused solutions

operational efficiency, IT systems, and AI-driven insights

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end hospital operations audits across OPD, IPD, emergency, pharmacy, labs, billing, and discharge workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies in patient flow, registration, pharmacy, stockrooms, infection control, and equipment downtime, and propose implementable solutions.
• Work with product and tech teams to translate operational gaps into product features and modules.
• Support hospitals in process automation, digitization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and staff to ensure smooth adoption and measurable impact of solutions.
• Build frameworks for regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
• Assist in creating case studies and pilot reports that demonstrate the success of implemented solutions.
