Role Overview

Hospital Solutions Officer

end-to-end hospital process audits, solution design, and deployment

execution, partner onboarding, and measurable impact delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hospital audits and diagnostics across OPD/IPD, pharmacy, lab, billing, and discharge processes.
• Design operational improvement roadmaps to reduce waiting times, improve resource utilization, and enhance patient flow.
• Oversee deployment of IT + AI solutions for automation, claims processing, digital health records, and inventory control.
• Build standardized process playbooks for infection control, equipment uptime, inventory tagging (ABC-VEN), and discharge protocols.
• Engage with hospital leadership, doctors, and admin teams to ensure solution adoption and alignment with business goals.
• Integrate wellness-driven add-ons (e.g., preventive healthcare programs, corporate wellness tie-ups, gym partnerships).
• Work closely with business operations, finance, and product teams to ensure hospital deployments align with NPPD CARE’s growth strategy.
  

Who Should Apply

• Professionals with experience in hospital operations, healthcare consulting, or healthtech deployment.
• Strong background in process design, hospital administration, or operations improvement.
• Understanding of hospital IT systems (HMS, LIS, EMR, claims automation) is a strong plus.
• Ability to balance clinical, operational, and financial perspectives when creating solutions.
