Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Hospital Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our IVF Clinic in Central Delhi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinical and administrative functioning, compliance with healthcare regulations, patient satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualification: MHA (Master’s in Hospital Administration)

Experience: Minimum 3 years (preferably in IVF / healthcare sector)

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & expertise)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the IVF clinic, ensuring seamless patient care.
Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, lab technicians, and administrative teams.
Ensure compliance with NABH, ICMR, and other statutory healthcare regulations.
Monitor financial operations – budgeting, billing, cost control, and revenue growth.
Drive patient engagement and enhance patient experience & satisfaction.
Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for clinical and non-clinical areas.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement of medical/non-medical supplies, and inventory control.
Handle audits, accreditation processes, and maintain proper documentation.
Implement marketing and outreach strategies in coordination with the management to increase patient footfall.
Prepare regular MIS reports for the management on clinical and administrative performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
