Hospital Administrator

Operational Management

• Oversee all non-clinical operations including front office, OPD management, billing, pharmacy (if applicable), housekeeping, and facility management.
• Monitor daily schedules and patient flow to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment.
• Implement SOPs across departments to maintain consistency and quality.

Staff Management

• Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative, support, and paramedical staff.
• Manage staffing schedules, leaves, and recruitment coordination in liaison with HR.
• Conduct regular training and development programs to improve staff efficiency and service standards.

Patient Experience & Service Quality

• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through quality service delivery.
• Resolve patient grievances promptly and professionally.
• Regularly review patient feedback and implement necessary improvements.

Financial & Inventory Management

• Monitor hospital budgets, expenditures, and cost control measures.
• Ensure timely billing, cash collection, and insurance claim processing.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management of consumables and supplies.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, NABH standards (if applicable), and internal protocols.
• Monitor infection control practices and hospital hygiene.
• Ensure fire safety, biomedical waste disposal, and disaster preparedness.

Technology & Systems

• Support the use and adoption of Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Ensure accuracy of patient data entry and documentation.

Qualification : Any Degree

Experience : 2 to 4 years in hospital background
