Job Summary:

The Hospital Administrator oversees the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficient management of staff, resources, and services to deliver high-quality patient care. This role involves coordinating departments, managing budgets, enforcing policies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate administrative and clinical departments to ensure smooth hospital operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance; ensure adequate staffing levels across departments.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising patient care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and safety regulations.
  • Patient Services: Oversee patient care quality, satisfaction, and grievance handling to maintain high service standards.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop, review, and enforce hospital policies and standard operating procedures.
