Summary: Documentation Specialist assists multiple roles within Home Loans by categorizing and labeling documentation uploaded to a loan file within the LOS. Documentation Specialist manages a document inbox for rush and/or bulk requests, and labels documents per taxonomy. Specialists ensure all documents are legible and clean to remain compliant with mortgage documentation needs. Functional Overview: Thoroughly review incoming documentation for any potential legibility issues Monitor a document inbox for bulk or rush requests Will play an integral part in assisting with document management by labeling incoming documents Transfer acceptable and valid documentation from a prior loan for a re-application Partner with Home Loans to provide feedback via document labeling when uploaded documentation is illegible and/or further documentation is needed Proactively identify document indexes and update any as needed Provide management feedback when issues arise that could prevent the loan from closing on time Proactively assist mortgage partners by ensuring all document labeling is completed in a timely manner Key Skills Proficient typing skills Basic analytical experience Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines Qualifications Deep understanding of acceptable mortgage loan documentation Strong interpretation skills for examination of documentation Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Strong communication skills 1.Years of exp-1 year exp will suffice 2.Contract duration-6 months 3.Shift timing EMEA (2:30PM-11:30pm) 4.WFO/Hybrid - Hybrid 5.Must have skillset- Good communication skill
